My "Man in the MAZE" labyrinth rug is finished. I learned a lot and the next one will be much better. You can custom order one for $200. This particular one is not for sale.

The Man in Maze Labyrinth Rug is born

But not matured or grown up. I have learned a lot from making this rug. I have learned that I need to provide an "entrance" to the middle of the labyrinth and I have learned how long of a strip makes the required amount of stitches. Oh, well, at least it has been interesting and sort of fun plotting this one out. The final rug will be about 3 feet in diameter. It will be big enough to run little toy horses or Fisher price guys through the "maze". My next one will look more like the pattern in the Man in the Maze basket photo below.

Moose with Tree

This one is not for sale, but you can order one like it, only much better. That one was my first attempt. The appliqués are done in fleece and hand sewn on. This is definitely an ART quilt for hanging or putting on the hearth. One similar in size ( 38” x 25”) would be available for $125 with both appliqués. Customized color scheme add $10. This style is especially good for bathrooms, because it is thicker and feels plusher on the bare feet because of the alternate ridged stitching. The rug shown is for display only, not for sale. But you can order your own in the color scheme you want. Notice, I picked the colors in the Kokopelli shower curtain. Price for rug as shown: 36" x 24"= $50. Custom colors add $5. Includes shipping.

Moose Pattern Rug

This one will never be duplicated. The impressionistic moose pattern is woven into the rug. I originally made it to match a Moose shower curtain, but that curtain is long gone.
